Inferno Video Project Honored With Telly Award

MEMPHIS, Tenn. [April 21, 2009] — inferno, a full-service advertising, marketing, design, and public relations firm, today announced it has been recognized with one Bronze Telly Award in the organization’s 30th annual competition. The winning video entry was created to open NuVasive’s 2008 NuValution National Sales Meeting.

NuVasive is a medical device company that develops products and techniques for minimally invasive and traditional surgical treatments for the spine. Every January, the company hosts their National Sales Meeting, which serves to review the previous year’s successes and to motivate the sales team for the upcoming year.

The Telly Awards honor TV commercials, film and video of outstanding quality. Judges are from top advertising and production companies and are all past Telly Award winners. This year, the organization received over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and several countries around the world. Based on the ratio of winners over the past several years, approximately 7 to 10% of entrants are chosen as Silver Telly Award winners and typically 18 to 25% of entrants receive Bronze Tellys.
