At Paragon, delivering outstanding customer experiences isn’t one thing – it’s the only thing. And a big part of the customer experience is now online. When it came time to update the Paragon web site, inferno did the only thing that made sense – consider the experience through the customer’s eyes.
We reinvented the sitemap to streamline the navigation and make it easier for users to find what they needed. We also pared down the content to make it a faster, friendlier experience. And we tweaked the tone to make it less bank-ish and more neighborly. Then we unified all these aspects with clean, crisp design and warm, welcoming photography.
